LINK EMOTO (“LINK EMOTO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates linkemoto.com, the LINK EMOTO track directory, related website features, email communications, and the LINK EMOTO Rider Network hosted through Discourse (collectively, the “Services”).
LINK EMOTO helps electric-moto riders find riding locations, share track information, connect with other riders, discuss bikes and riding, and learn about community events. Some commerce, advertising, sponsorship, event registration, or merchandise features may be added in the future.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Services or communicate with us.

We may retain submission records to document how directory information was obtained, prevent abuse, and evaluate future corrections. Submission does not guarantee publication, verification, or continued listing.
Rider Network and Discourse
The LINK EMOTO Rider Network is hosted using Discourse. When you register for or use the forum, Discourse may process account information, profile information, posts, messages, IP addresses, device information, usage records, and cookies to provide hosting, security, moderation, notifications, and related functionality.
Your use of the Rider Network may also be subject to Discourse’s own privacy terms. You can review the Discourse Privacy Policy.
Deleting your LINK EMOTO website account, if one exists, may not automatically delete a separate Discourse account. Requests concerning Rider Network information should identify the forum account or username involved.
